We have all been wounded by words

by deeds and actions by inactions

by silences by absences,

by vacancy,  & inaccessibility.

These wounds, (an insult to the Soul)

no longer visible to the naked eye,

have disappeared from view,

buried in memory, but not gone - only

resurfacing to reassert themselves into our lives at the slightest provocation

by a “look-alike,”

or a “sound or smell-alike.”

We are told:

“We have searched and could not find a way to heal ourselves.

“Until Now!”

We have learned New Ways,  Gentle Ways

to invite these Memories to come out of hiding   and release themselves into Daylight,

into Kind, Safe, Non-Judgmental Space.

We are here now to support your healing journey and to witness the transition

the wound becomes the medicine.”

Brainspotting is a powerful, focused treatment method that works by identifying, processing and releasing core neurophysiological sources of emotional/body pain, trauma, dissociation and a variety of other challenging symptoms.  It is simultaneously a form of diagnosis and treatment.

Brainspotting appears to stimulate, focus, and activate the body’s inherent capacity to heal itself from trauma.
